Equipment

MarTech repairs a wide range of plant equipment and assemblies across industry, and can provide repair service in both the shop and field. Our 50,000 square feet of shop is centrally located in Lodi, CA and provides easy access to all of California and Western US. Our repair facility is well equipped and fully staffed with machinists, mechanics, fabricators, planners and estimators that can handle most types of plant equipment.

Rebuilt or Remanufactured equipment can provide like-new quality, reliability and productivity at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We work closely with your asset management personnel to identify the goals of the needed repairs or upgrades and start with a comprehensive disassembly and inspection procedure. This results in a clear scope of work for the repairs and of any findings in that process that may identify the cause of the failure and allow for recommendations to increase reliability or productivity.

All repair orders are tracked using in house software programs that allow for direct communication to you, our customer, of all findings, progress reports and photo documentation in real time as it progresses through the shop. Once repairs are completed, the equipment is test run in our facility and operational tests reported. Startup services are available if requested for most types of rotating equipment – most often requested when the size or process of the equipment does not allow for shop tests.
